These Terms of Service govern your use of our website https://dgspace.co , our coworking space, and any membership, booking, or services offered by DG Space, located at Suite # 104, Al Amin Towers, NIPA Chowrangi, Block 10, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, Pakistan. By visiting our Site, booking a tour, or using our coworking space, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Services
DG Space provides coworking space services, including but not limited to shared desks, dedicated seating, private studios, meeting rooms, and related amenities, available on a flexible or membership basis as described on our Pricing page.
2. Membership and Booking
- Membership plans, pricing, and available seating options are as listed on our Pricing page, and are subject to change at our discretion with reasonable prior notice to existing members.
- Bookings for tours, day passes, meeting rooms, or memberships may be made via our website, phone, or WhatsApp, and are confirmed only once acknowledged by DG Space.
- Members are responsible for providing accurate contact and billing information at the time of booking or sign-up.
3. Payments and Fees
- Membership and service fees must be paid in accordance with the plan and schedule agreed upon at the time of sign-up.
- Late payments may result in suspension of access to the workspace until outstanding fees are settled.
- All fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless specified.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Monthly memberships may be cancelled with “30 days” written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
- Fees already paid for a current membership period are non-refundable, except at our sole discretion or as required by law.
- Meeting room or day-pass bookings cancelled less than “24 hours” in advance may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
5. Code of Conduct
While using DG Space, all members and visitors agree to:
- Treat staff, members, and visitors with respect and courtesy
- Maintain a reasonably quiet and professional environment, particularly in shared work areas
- Avoid any activity that is illegal, disruptive, or damaging to the workspace, its equipment, or other members
- Follow all posted house rules regarding designated areas (e.g., smoking area, prayer area, food and beverage zones)
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any individual who violates this Code of Conduct.
6. Guests and Visitors
Members may bring guests into shared common areas in line with our visitor policy, as communicated by our staff. Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct while on the premises.
7. Personal Belongings and Liability
- DG Space provides CCTV security and general premises safety measures, but is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises by members or guests.
- Members are advised to keep valuable items secured or with them at all times.
8. Facilities and Availability
- Amenities such as the podcast studio, terrace, meeting rooms, and prayer area are provided on a shared or as-available basis and may require advance booking.
- DG Space reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to any area for maintenance, events, or operational reasons, and will provide reasonable notice where possible.
9. Website Use and Intellectual Property
- All content on our Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of DG Space and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
- You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or interfere with the Site’s functionality.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DG Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site, workspace, or services, including but not limited to business interruption, loss of data, or loss of income.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership or access to our workspace, with or without notice, in cases of a breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we determine, in good faith, to be harmful to DG Space, its members, or staff.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. Continued use of our Site or workspace after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
